Last I heard, the iPad 4 was advertised to have 10 hours of battery life.
Ten. I understand that's for a brand, new iPad. Battery life will wear down as a device ages. That's just how it goes.
I've had my iPad 4 for over a year now. It's been used frequently, usually about 2-3 hours a day. So I understand that it's gone through many cycles, and that the battery life is not expected to equal that of a new device. I also understand that gaming, which I do a lot of, is more detrimental to battery life than simple activities like browsing.
Still, I didn't expect that a year later, I'd be getting numbers like this.
