AI that can carry on a conversation since I don't have real friends to call on the phone.

Black back but not rounded, flat like the 1st generation
no front facing camera like most people want. flush headphone port
same data plan as the first one
GPS navigation app, not the map app, one that supports voice directions and navigation

My ideal iPhone would have everything the iPhone 3G has plus:

1) Video Recorder
2) Voice activation controls
3) Native iChat App
4) Maps App that allows you to view maps at all times
5) Ability to store word files and other things and transfer them to computers

Idk what else really

I want to have my Power Mac G4... in my pocket. Now THAT would be an iPhone. For now, the amazing devices they label with that name will have to do :)

You know what the cool thing is? Four out of the five can/are-probably-gonna come true (with the last one [ability to store word] being the least likely...and the second one being not possible with the SDK)
 
Yeah I'm glad that most of the things I want can come in a software update, but lord knows how long it will take Apple to release those things. We might not get a major update until December.
