For me, it is definitely this. I use my iDevices a lot for productivity uses and the fact that I can switch from one to another without any extra work is just downright awesome!

Notification center/lockscreen notifications.
Followed by camera icon in the lockscreen, very useful.

When the cloud is fully operational and replaces my mobileme account, then I'll pass judgement on that.

What can't it replace right now? Email, perhaps? That's the only thing I'm not currently using it for so I don't know if it works yet. Everything I am using it for works better than MobileMe.

Ya but productivity wise this iCloud is just awesome. Saves so much time.

email is working, i'm using it, can access it on my iPad, iPhone and outlook

My fav

Notifications rule but

I cloud making iPhone truly wireless sync and back up !! Take a girls number then lose ur phone I'll still have her number on ur iPad or pc :) he he very good

Definitely the new notifications. iCloud would be an easy second, simply because it would backup my app data :)

WiFi sync, iMessage (I can "text" my parents for free!) and notifications.

I don't include all the iCloud stuff because that's not really iOS 5. It's a whole other level of awesome that adds on top of WiFi sync. When you have an iPhone and iPad and only four USB ports on your iMac, you really tire of the sync game. Now I could possibly buy a charging dock and get some cords off my desk. I'm all for getting rid of cords, which is why if you have the money to give me for an entirely wireless home theater system, I will be your best friend. HDMI is OK, but get rid of my speaker wires!
