What is your favorite ski resort?

So what is your favorite ski resort? preferably in California so I can recognize it. Mine is Northstar.

I'd have to say either Kirkwood (which I haven't been to in a while) or Mammoth.

That would be Alta. Sorry, it's not in California, but it seems silly to restrict it to a place that isn't particularly known for its skiing anyway.

it's fine to post ones outside of california, it's just that that is where I live, so If I wanted to go to one of them it would have to be around there.

Whistler, by far. Love that place. I usually ski on Whistler mountain, thought Blackcomb beside it is supposedly just as good, if not better. Your pass gets you both, and they load at the same place, so mind as well try both if you go.

Whistler/Blackcomb in British Columbia.
It's the best skiing in the world, the alps are a close second.

I like Wintergreen, it's my favorite in state place by far.
