This is a tough one! If it was the size of the standard 6/7/8 then I would say the XR is a 10 out of 10. But because it’s essentially unusable due to the size, I would have to say a 3 or 4 out of 10. If (when?) the XR mini comes out, I have a feeling that will be a perfect 10

Maybe a little more detail in your thoughts on what the score is based on OP. What are you basing this on? (I.e. hardware quality, LTE reception, battery life, etc.)

I Personally have not handled the XR yet, but from everything I have read from user reviews and critics, not much negativity about this phone. I expect this phone to do very well, even with very little marketing Apple provided, it’s exceedingly doing very well in China already, and with the holidays quickly approaching, I expect the XR to do elsewhere.

Got mine yesterday, but it had a terribly uneven backlight on the screen. I exchanged it for a new one today: it's 11/10!

Playing with it at Apple yesterday, it was very nice for sure. Loved the portrait mode, even if it’s software only. Wish I had that on my 8.

Personally, just don’t want that large of a device. But it was sweet.

I chose 9. Love it, but the keyboard situation is a mess. No quicktype suggestions in swedish and when I change between swedish and English keyboards the layout and key spacing changes so it's impossible to use muscle memory.

Third party keyboards are a bit of a mess and doesn't work with password autofill.

Other than that it's awesome!
