What is your smcFanControl Settings?

Hi; I dont know Im using this tiny smart program correctly then I wonder what is your settings ?

PS: Im using default settings

ODD: 800
HDD: 1600
CPU: 1200

...and My Temputare:

I am running iStats and SMC. When I am charging and/or editing or running demanding programs, I let it go all the way..
So when charging I let it run 6000rpm's, and without charge plug I run 4500rpm.
This solved all the blue and even red screens I had in the very beginning. My temperatures are quite lower then your at the moment. But I am just browsing, and it is quite cold where I live .
