What keeps happening to my folders?

It seems like my folders are constantly renaming themselves all the time.
For instance, I just went looking for some of my MP3's that have always been in a folder labelled "MP3's" but now they're located in a folder named "$RECYCLE.BIN" inside an invisible folder called "$R6WN3QZ".

Any help appreciated!
 
Those look like folders/files that Windows creates. Is this drive accessed by Windows at all?
