What kind of battery life do you get on your i5/i7?

So I've seen different extremes posted all over here, figured I'd try to poll it and consolidate all of the results.

The poll assumes that you are at around %50 brightness, keyboard off, have flash disabled and are doing light web browsing with maybe itunes opened.

Under these conditions I get around 4 hours. This is my third i7 and I've gotten the same results on all three. Probably going to give up and keep this one.

So how about you?

Ah yes, I saw your post earlier. I really want to just get a refund as well as I have exchanged several times, but I am not sure what I would do after that.

On the previous I had a 7200 disk and the estimation never showed something bigger that 5h. I haven't used it enough to see the real battery life though. On my current one I have a 5400 disk and I have the impression that it really makes a difference.

I get 7-8 with my 5400. I cant imagine the 7200 sucking 2 hours off my battery time. These new 7200s take nearly the same power as a 5400.
