I have a fairly new C2D sr MBP that I got in late July. I finally got Leopard from Apple ADC and I am wondering what kind of install I should do? I don't have any real important documents on here other then my emails so I would like to keep them. Also would waiting a few months be worth it since I am having no problems with Tiger?

Go with archive and install. I set up my Macbook with the straight forward upgrade and all went well, but I got blue screened trying the upgrade on my MacPro. The archive and install worked without a problem and was no harder to do then the upgrade. Unless you have an app that won't run under Leopard I'd say upgrade now.
