What Mac app will open .wsp file extensions?

I am trying to convert information in my pc-based Whisper 32 password manager to a document in Pages, LibreOffice, or whatever. I'm a Mac Book Pro newbie and that isn't helping at this point....

If it's a password manager, the file that it exports is probably encrypted.

If you can't open it in a plaintext text editor (e.g. TextEdit) then you'll need to open it in the program it was created in.

None of them it is for Visual Studio
