Unless you're really old school and have a G3 or older PowerBook...That's what "g4" is for.

Had an intro to OS/X in all it's goodness about a year ago, and decided I needed a laptop, and there was basically no decision to be made. Macbook it was, and is.

Work = PowerMac G4 2x 867 and 500 Mhz G3 iBook (clock)
Home Office = PowerBook G4 1.67, and 500 Mhz G4 PowerMac (1/2 Tb server), and PowerBook 3400c (clock)
Bedroom = 700 Mhz G3 iBook
Living Room Coffee Table = 500 Mhz G4 PowerBook
would have a new intel MPB, but got married and since have been told that I have too many Macs already
