General What makes this appear this way

What makes my notification screen and media player look like this? I removed all of my tweaks and can't get stock media players and notification screen to reappear.

You also need to remove the themes from Cydia. If you remove Winterboard with the themes applied they will still show.
Uninstall the themes from Cydia or reinstall Winterboard and uncheck the themes from the app.

I haven't had winter board on here in a long time. But I'll try.

Also try using iCleaner or iCleaner Pro to clean out some leftover files that may be corrupted.
