I am pretty new to this forum but I would love to see a poll on what people have on backorder at B&H photo as far as models and versions. It will give us little insight into what the possibilities are for us to see our orders being processed. I don't know how to make a poll or perhaps I am just too new of a member to have that functionality.

Early poll results...

...show that the Wi-Fi versions are most popular. My Verizon model is low on the list. That is good news.
 
I had been on the preorder list at B&H for the Verizon 16GB Black, but quickly called them Friday afternoon after seeing that the Verizon 16GB White became in stock.

Has anyone had their product ship yet who responded to the poll?
 
I am waiting for a 16GB White Wifi + 3G AT&T model. I wonder if it will come faster than my Best Buy pre-order. We'll see, pre-ordered through Best Buy on 3/16 and B&H 3/18.
 
With 93% of the orders being either wifi or ATT it should be interesting how long the wait is with the global launch just days away. I think the fastest way to get one is with the Verizon model.

Still backorded.

It might be helpful if people posted their model and status here.

I ordered the same model on Friday, the 18th. I would assume I'd be ahead of you in line, so if I get mine, I'll send you a PM and you'll know yours is coming up soon!
 
Ordered 32GB Black Wifi on 3/15, Tuesday @ 11a CST.
I have a feeling I'm far down on the list...

I also ordered from J&R. Here's hoping J&R comes through with what they said (shipment this week)... or should I call them a liar too? :) JK.

Sorry, forgot the date. I ordered Sunday the 13th at 1:30pm. So I should be pretty close to the front of the line.
 
Interesting that it looks like the 16G wifi is starting to ship out from here. Maybe ordering the 32G was not as good an idea as I had thought.
 
b&h definitely doesnt ship in order. my friend ordered the same model 30 mins after me but he got a shipping confirmation today. my status still says sent to warehouse.
