Hey all,

I need to figure out what model MBP I have (e.g. Axxxx).
Yes, I know it (was) written on the underside next to the battery case
BUT, it is no longer legible (worn completely away).

It's a 17" MPB3,1 Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4Ghz (bus 800Mhz)

it's about 4 years old, but can't remember exactly.

help?

thanks, but not what I needed - I needed the AXXXX model number, not the model Indicator (MBP3,1)
