Meaning, the different sizes and Wifi only or 3G+Wifi...

What's the best IYO? 16GB Wifi? 32GB Wifi+3G?? Just a couple suggestions.

Vote.

...

Clearly the best is the 64gig wifi and 3G but whether you need the best or not and whether you want to spend that much coin or not is the question

Whichever one you have and enjoy.

The 'best' will vary from person to person based on needs... for me, the 32 3g is the right combo, but that's just me...

The best is the one that MR members are dreaming up in the iPad 2 threads...

Until we see that though, I'm very happy with my 32gb wifi

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_0_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/532.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.5 Mobile/8A306 Safari/6531.22.7)

The best is what you can afford! Although a good way to think maybe to buy the 64gb 3G resale value would be more if u decide to cash in on an iPad 2 in a years time! That was my thinking from my purchase 

Not factoring price its a pretty obvious answer. Factoring in price it becomes a different answer by how much a person can and is willing to spend.

They're All Good

While I went for the 64 gig 3G, I originally was going to get the 32 gig but had a little cash windfall and said "What the hell, why not." What ever you end up with you'll love.;)

Whichever one best meets your needs really. I always thought the 64gb 3G would be perfect for me. No question.

Then I first got a 16gb wifi to try out and I struggled to add 1gb of my work - the iPad is almost exclusively a work tool. Wifi only hampered my work as I was driving around looking for hotspots.

Now I have the 16gb 3G and it's more than perfect. Without any useless multimedia, which can go to my iPhone, I still have 12.70gb free!:D:D:D

There is only one best. That is the one that works, and is a 3G 64 Gig. It has the most of everything. Glad I'm an owner...:D

Wifi only, forget about it. That is just a supersized iTouch. In today's world you need to be always connected.

The 32GB 3G model was my compromise. I don't know that I'll ever need the 64 GB version, so saved some money.

Now, IF, you don't want and need the 3G capability (and GPS), the WiFi model lasts longer on a charge. So it would be "better" in this case. But for me it would not be as good.

Nice thing about the 3G model is that you only have to pay for the months you actually use 3G service. And the GPS is nice to have sometimes...

As to RAM, go for what you can afford.... But the 32gb model is the sweet spot IMO.

I got the 32Gb 3g which was a bit of a bonus as I was only going to get the Wifi, But they didn't have any and it's my birthday pressi. Having now stuck a Sim card in it im a wee bit smitten/chuffed/happy :D

What a stupid thread. It's not that one model has antenna-gate while another doesn't. They all work fine. So get whatever you can afford. If you can afford...

64GB 3G

obviously

...then that is the best. Ample storage with all the features.

In today's world you need to be always connected.

After three weeks with a 16GB wifi, I knew it wasn't enough for me. I bought the 32GB 3G on 3G launch day (here in the USA).

I own the 3G not so that I am always connected, but rather so that I can always get connected whenever I need it. It's all semantics anyways right? :p

I've bought a 3G 16GB. I have an iPhone 3GS 32GB and I never filled it beyond 10GB, 16GB is more than enough for me :)
