At least twice if not more yesterday Tim, and others stated the new iPad chip offers "Desktop Grade Performance"
Naturally they were comparing it to desktop machines of today, not years ago.
With that in mind, does anyone have details of how the new A7 chip compares performance with to a current Intel or AMD desktop CPU in todays desktops.
Benchmarks etc?
Presumably they are saying it could run Windows 8 or OSX Mavericks as good as a current desktop
