I’m at a loss.

As per above , I’m at a loss to know what else to do to get photos on my Siri watch face.

I have the Photos data source switched on in the Siri watch face setting , I have over 1000 photos on phone , with loads selected as favourites & in my memories yet still nothing.

I’ve reset phone & Watch & I’ve repaired watch with phone (for a different reason).

Still no photos on Siri watch face at all. Am I missing something here ? How is this meant to actually work & is there a magic button somewhere I have switched off ?

It’s not the be all & end all , but goodness these things annoy me when they don’t work as they should.

Any help appreciated.

Cheers.

Hmmm, was just a long shot. The Siri photos source uses ‘memories’ anyway but just wondered if they were linked maybe.

Do you allow photos on iPhone to use mobile data for upload? If not, maybe it’s not sending them to watch due to no Wi-fi?

Beyond that I’m stumped, will be interested to hear from others who may have a better idea?

Soz!

No probs , thanks for the suggestions.

Out of interest , what do you mean about allowing photos to use mobile data for upload & where is this setting to check. I’m sure I have/do but certainly worth me checking.

Cheers
[doublepost=1534089814][/doublepost]Just checked.

Yes mobile data etc is switched for photos.

Would be great to hear from those who are picking up photos on Siri face & actual settings they have on/off.

Cheers

THis is before Watch OS 5, but I set up an album in my photos app on my Mac and then I went into the watch app on my phone, opened the photos link, and you have an option under photo syncing to choose which synced album you want. It listed all of my albums and I chose the album I wanted on my watch face. I then chose the photos watch face and synced. I now have all of the photos from that album appearing on my watch face. I have a series 2 watch. Hope that helps!
