I have two choices
1) buy a 13" cMBP now
2) wait for 13" rMBP

I really need a 500 gb hard drive but the prices of SSD are still way too high

When do you think haswell rMBP will come out?

The rMBP doesn't come with HDD's.

Do you really need a 500GB (like can't you use a external drive)?
