You can drive 2 LG 5K Ultrafine displays.

You can drive up to 4 4K displays - any 4K display should work. Get a USB-C to Displayport cable and you'll fine.

If you want multiple 4K's (and they're DP rather than USB-C/TB3 native) I'd recommend an OWC/Sonnet/Akitio/etc TB3 to Dual DP adaptor. Works very well in my experience (running 2x 24" 4K's).
