I like to keep it simple, here is what I use

-FaceBreak (Facetime over 3G)

-GridTab (safari tabs in grid)
-CyDelete (Deletes Cydia Apps from springboard)
-Scrobbl (last.fm scrobbling)

With that being said, I do try to check out new packages all the time if they are 'cool' enough (i.e MobileNotifier, etc)
