Obviously we can only speculate so heres my guesses
AppleTV 3 (Pro):
- Not a television. Just a more advanced Apple TV 2
- 1080P
- 3D Support (w/ new Anger Driven codec. The more angry someone gets at the mere existence of 3D the flatter the image becomes.)
- Thunderbolt
- A5 and 16GB Storage for Apps
- Not a full app catalog. Mainly the TV Apps we get on iPad (ABC, Hulu+, TNT, HBOGo etc)
- Games
- Advanced remote with Microphone (Siri).
- A true iOS device and make the need for an Apple Brand TV less important.
- $199
AppleTV Classic
- Same as current Apple TV (720p)
- Price reduction to compete with the lower end Roku
- AirPlay (Marketed towards Mountain Lion and iOS users)
- No Apps
- $79
Time Capsule:
- iTunes Server built in (FINALLY!)
- Thunderbolt
- Direct connection to Apple TV 3 for streaming local 1080p video
$299 - 2TB/ $399 - 3TB
iTunes Update
- A complete overhaul. This software is severely outdated and sluggish.
- Split media to multiple sources (Audio goes local, Video goes external storage)
- Smart file recognition (no more exclamation points for a renamed file)
- 3D Movies in catalog
- More Ping because we all love it so much
- A long overdue name change to "iTunes"
