iPad What place will give me the most for my 16GB iPad 2?

Best Buy still offers a decent amount. Last time I checked it was around $155 whereas Apple is a little less. You'll get more by selling on Ebay or Craigslist.
 
Your local classifieds will be your best bet for receiving the highest amount possible for your iPad.
