what plugin do i need to watch videos?

im currently using camino as my main browser...and when i try to watch videos...it says i need a plugin to work...

example..when i try to watch videos on nba.com it doesnt work...
other sites im fine...all i know is that it brought me to a microsoft page...but didnt tell me what to download...

What's crazy is that my mac mini core solo plays wmv better than my XP laptop with flip4mac installed. I just don't get it. Neither does Microsoft, apparently.

you only need the free version of flip4mac to watch videos
