What plugin(s) do you like for Apple's Color Picker?

Time for me to abandon Photoshop's picker and start using the Apple system picker across all apps. I like the savable swatches across all apps.

Except... it's missing some things! Like display of hex values, and ability to snap to the web 216. I wouldn't mind Pantone support either (though it's not worth my paying for).

Are there plugins you like to add to Apple's picker?

P.S. Are color picker plugins an officially supported Apple feature, or something that "happens to work for now"?

Alternative Color Pickers

Hi,

I am just discovering the power of the Color Picker thanks to this great post/tutorial I came across: http://tr.im/kxqB

I now have a number of these installed and am amazed at how useful the Color Picker can be!

The whole tutorial is worth a read - however if you are just looking for the Color Pickers - a number of paid/free extensions are reviewed at the end of the post.
