what program do i need to access my time capsule away from home on a pc?

my time capsule is on my home, but i am at my parents place. and i want to access my time capsule on my parents pc. how do i access it?

mobileme is one way, im not sure if the free trial allows you to access it.

also under Disks in airport utility you can select share disk over wan and connect to it using your IP.
just use windows explorer and you should be able to access it.
under osx i know you can connect to it using afp://xx.xxx.xxx.xxx
might be the same for windows.
