What program to use to put together .RAR file?

I downloaded some CDs that have several .rar files in the folder. I remember back in my Windows days I would use a program called WinRAR to assemble these .rar files in to an image or an ISO file so I could burn that to a CD.

what would be a good, but free alternative to WinRAR but in Leopard flavor?

Another alternative is to use The Unarchiver.
