What RAM for mac pro?

Hi, very simple question: what is the specifications of the ram that I need to buy that will fit my mac pro?

Also... is it best to pay the ridiculous premium and buy direct from apple?

That's standard DDR2 RAM. You need DRR2 Fully Buffered DIMMs. (FB-DIMM) In addition to that they're going to need Apple spec heat sinks as well.
