I just ordered a Refurbished Mac Pro Quad 2.0GHz Intel Xeon (G0359LL/A) for $1799 from the Apple Store. A couple questions:
1) Is this a good deal? Or is 2.0GHz too slow now days? Should I cancel my order?
2) What RAM do I need? On Crucial.com it allows me to select either 4-core Intel Xeon 5400 Series, or 4-core which is much less expensive. So is it that either RAM will work but the 5400 series is faster? Or does this machine require a certain type? I'm hoping it will take the cheaper ram.
