I have searched this up and looked on the Apple website but I am just getting confused, I have the late 2009 21.5" iMac, it has a stock 4GB of RAM, and I want to add another 4/8GB Ram in it, Can anyone tell me which is the cheapest (but good) Ram to get for my Mac?

Thanks.

Newegg offers 204-pin DDR3 SO-DIMM RAM 1333 MHz 4 GB modules for quite a low price. It is best to get it in pairs, thus two 4 GB modules should work quite okay. You could also buy four 4 GB modules for less than 60 USD nowadays (two 8 GB kits).

On the Apple website is says they need to be 1066MHz, or does it not matter?

thanks for your help.
