What Ram To Buy For My MacBook Pro (Mid 2009) 2.26GHZ

Hi, as you can tell from the title, I am looking to buy new ram (8GB/ 2x 4GB) for my Macbook Pro 2.26ghz (Mid 2009). Not 100% sure what i am looking for, but went on Crucial and did a scan, but being a canadian the taxes are 15 bucks from the Crucial Site, where I can order from a canadian site and get cheaper shipping. I have a few picked out but again I am new to buying ram at only 16 years of age and don't want to spend 70 Dollars for nothing.

I've always found that OWC is overpriced. Plus shipping to Canada wouldn't be cheap.

I'd suggest Crucial, Corsair or g.skill. I've had good experiences with all three.

I actually have this set in my mid-2009 MBP and it works great(I wouldn't necessarily buy the RAM at Amazon though, it seems to be pretty expensive there. I found mine for $30.):
