What’s the proper method to waterproof seal my Apple Watch after doing my very own battery replacement?

I want to replace the battery on my older S4 Apple Watch.

I’ve watched a ton of videos and almost all of them when reassembling the Apple Watch after replacing the battery are sealing the screen back in with something called B-7000 glue, though upon reading up on it I don’t see it being water proof.

What’s the best way to seal the Apple Watch back up after a DIY battery replacement?
