What SDRAM to buy?

i have a 9.1 imac 24inch i eleive says i need ,204-pin,1066MHz DDR3 SDRAM,
id like to use newegg or bestbuy to purchase =\ any help?

You need 1066 MHz 204-pin DDR3 SO-DIMM RAM modules, 8 GB is the maximum and should be had for less than 50 USD.

thats laptop memory =\ and so expensive i thought there were like 4gig ram for like 25.. can it be something like 1333MHz or has to be 1066?

iMacs use SODIMM memory to save space. There's little difference in real life use.

You can buy 1333 if you like, it'll only run at 1066 though.

204-pin DDR3 SO-DIMM RAM is notebook/laptop RAM, all Macs except the Mac Pro use either SO-DIMM RAM or some special form factor (MBA and rMBP).
