What setting to get rid of the "soap opera effect"?

I turned off Auto Motion Plus on my Samsung TV but Apple TV 4K content still shows movies as if they were filmed like a soap opera. How do I get rid of this but still keep the 4K resolution and HDR?

It's a tv setting. Not a atv setting.

With some TVs, you need to make adjustments for each HDMI connection.

Removing AutoMotion worked for me when I had a Samsung (before it just died)
