So I bought some Amazon.com gift certificate codes from my friend over the year. I want to exchange the gift certificate balance to PayPal or cash, but I already redeemed them on my account, so I'm not going to like sell my Amazon account. What should I buy from Amazon.com with $23.48 so that I can sell it for the same or higher price on eBay or Kijiji fast? I live in Canada so shipping cost should be considered too.

I hear that Uranium holds its value pretty well.
