You should give your thread a better title, but for your question, you need to have a pretty good reason(hardware defect) to get it replaced free, or maybe sell yours and buy the tmobile one

Check the Tmobile coverage maps on their site and make sure that they offer 4G in your area or you might be stuck on Edge even with the Tmobile iPhone 5.
