Im replacing the ram in my new macbook with 2x512 sticks and after i pull out the battery i can't get the middle screw in the L-bracket to come off so i can install the new ram. Should i take it to an apple store to have them fix the screw problem? And would that cost me any money?

No that wouldn't cost you any money. If the screw's buggered then its covered by the warantee. A waranteed screw! Get them to fix the screw problem but put the RAM in yourself, they *could* charge you for that one if they're feeling greedy.

thanks man. would they be able to do it in store? or would i have to mail it off? I would never let them install the ram themselves. that would be costly considering they have instructions on how to replace it on the support website
