I work at a church and we wan't to record the band and sermons. We have a older 700mhz g3 imac and a 667 ti. I was wondering if it would be better to get a board w/ a burner on it or get some sort of midi "thing" for the macs???? What would be better we are getting the bravo cd dup. to make the copys??? any idea's out there?? I am alright w/ mac and video editing but not to much up on the audio recording.

Thanx

there are a ton of options out there. firwire, usb, PCI, etc. i'd start with a basic mixer, depending on how many instruments are involved and then start thinking about a good interface and some mics, etc. send me a PM if you want to talk more about it. i can help you come up with a good setup.:)
