This, is my current plan and it's been good to me (with google talk, and I could only imagine it getting better with wifi calling), and sadly no other t-mobile plan compares to it except for the unlimited plan for $80 which is 2.5x more than my plan, and the $70 which is similar but offers unlimited talk...

So, what's the cheaper route? By the iphone 6 at full retail, or join the t-mobile jump plan?

WiFi calling won't help you with this plan. You will still only have 100minutes.

I don't think you'd even be allowed to use T-Mobile Jump being a prepaid customer.

I have this plan too and am buying iPhone full price it still ends up being cheaper than subsidized. Just use vonage or straight talk.

You have no choice but to buy full retail for this plan. You're not eligible to use JUMP nor EIP financing. Wi-Fi calling also won't save you from the 100 minutes limitation of this plan.

I wish I could text my commanding officer, or my commanding General. Jobs require actually speaking.

Tell him to get up to date. Tell him this "I am tired of having to call you and here your voice. This is 2014 bro and you need to start texting."
