ummmm... help me out here. Are you suggesting that this sentence needs "fixing," or are you offering a book for other uses? ???

I use Daylite I think some parts of it could be improved but it generally works well. There is a free trial available.

Elements CRM 2.0 looks interesting but I haven't tried it. It's a combination of the cloud with a desktop client. I think it's a little too costly for each seat.
