What sleeves/bags do you use with the Incase Hard Case?

I have the Incase Hard Cover/Shell for my Macbook, but want to get a sleeve to put it in for when I throw it in my backpack. What's everyone else using with the Incase Hard Shell/Cover? I know that the shell adds some thickness to the Macbook, so I don't know if some of the tight-fitting sleeves will work out.


Also, as a side note, how far can you pull your screen back with your incase hard shell on? Mine can maybe go 100 degrees or so, but its very close to 90.

my girl has the incase hardshell and it fits in a sleeve
