I tried the smart cover for the iPad and did not like it. I want something that covers BOTH sides. Give it a week of two and there will be a larger selection that just what Apple has.

I'm a little concerned about this too. I wonder why Apple didn't do a Smart Case for the mini. I'll probably go with black w/ dark grey.

Just go to apple.com and use the tool that lets your dress your mini.

it's too bad that if apple isn't doing leather smart covers for the mini they don't have better colors. I mean, black is pretty darn standard isn't it? But I guess it's easy to just use the same colored PU from the full sized iPad. I really love the navy leather and think navy+white is the best combo (for me.. given white iPad.. I think black iPad+red cover is also hot) but it's not an option.
