What software can I use to convert SWF videos in DAT format to a format for youtube?

I have a bunch of flash videos that are currently in DAT format, and I want to upload them to youtube or a similar site. Does anyone know of any programs (preferably freeware) that I can use to convert these videos from DAT to SWF and then upload to youtube? Thank you
