what software does the 12in ibook and powerbook come with for free, ive searched cant find crap :eek:

will i be able to transfer a 1hr movie file from ilife to a windows pc, via a network, where i have my dvd burner?

how long will the transfer take if i plug them in to a 100 network

Probably, but burning it depends on the format (I assume it's DV or some version of MPEG)

That depends on how big the file (files) is (are). For example, it could be DV, which is pretty darn big, or highly compressed DivX or MPEG which could take as little as 100MB for one hour (I wouldn't recommend that though, it would probably look like crap. 4x3, 2 fps ;))
