Try this one. I've just used it to make the credits for a movie I've finished at work: 2 small reflected and tilted spots at the top containing a series of stills of the movie just seen, simple static credits (there's not that many) down the bottom. Good effect.
Does a great job, free, works on FCE and doesn't require an additional application to run. Check out his other plug-ins too.
