What software for 360 flash animations?

What apps are available to create 360 product-tour types of animations....something like Quicktime VR, but Flash-based? The kind of animations that let you rotate an object to see all views, etc.

Anything out there that is relatively simple to use and doesn't cost an arm and a leg?
