What software is good for playing VCD / DVDs?

I'm a long time PC users, ....so I would like to know if there's any software for playing VCD / DVD movie for Mac? Freeware would even be better.

Here is some feature that I'm looking for:
1) Full screen
2) Ability to choose language while maintaining the balance of the sound output, if it is a bilengual VCD / DVD movies

Can someone give me suggestions?

Vlc

Vlc works if you want to play vcd's I think thats what it says. I use it to play other things overall I really like the program.
