What source do I need for 3G Unrestrictor? (EDIT never mind)

And does anyone know if it works on the iPhone 4? And I purchased it in the past, will I be able to restore that purchase even though this is a new iPhone?

EDIT: I found it in the Bigboss repository, I don't know why it wasn't popping up every other time I searched for it.

I haven't JB yet. Were you able to install it on a different phone? I'm in that boat, too.
