What specs should I have on my new iMac?

I will be doing a lot of video and photography work In FCP and photoshop, what is most important to upgrade: Fusion Drive, more ram or i5 to i7?
 
In this order: i5 to i7, more RAM, and Fusion Drives. I would get the first 2, an SSD for internal use, and use the old drive in a Thunderbolt enclosure.
