What speeds up cover flow history in Safari?

I'd like my cover flow history to be faster, not the actual flipping through the pages, but how fast the pages load, they seem to be mostly black, and I have to wait 1-2 seconds for them to load sometimes?

Any idea's why?

get an SSD, or a Mac Pro.

I'm probably going to get a 320GB Intel X25-M G2 when it comes out, I don't think the 160GB is enough for me, and I don't want a raid setup.
