Apple store? will they have the verizon 3g version in stock?

Apple, zero restocking fee. I bet they even say so on their site. ;)

Actually Apple DOES have a restocking fee. At least on their computers. I know it's 10% IF the box is open. However, if it isn't open, there is no restocking fee.

Restocking fees were eliminated across the board in January.

Sorry. My local Apple store was going to charge me about $200 when I wanted to return my iMac (the box was open).

If Sams Club is selling them as reported then they would have the Best Return Policy with 90 days and no restocking fee. Target also has a 90 day return policy, but they may have a restocking fee. On a personal note, I've never been charged a restocking fee with Target, but I have never purchased any high end electronics from them.

When because you're wrong if you're buying now. Read their policy, its posted online. Know the rules and you're likely to come out on top.
